Shipping couriers have suspended delivery standards. Customers should anticipate delays due to newly implemented safety measures. Please track your items on our page.
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after noon EST on Friday’s and over the weekend will be processed within 1-3 days from the following Monday. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information unless you choose local pick-up. Please note all prices are in USD.
Canada
Shipping within Canada takes an estimated 1-5 business days depending on location. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. We use various services for our deliveries and will ship based on the method you select from the available options at checkout.
USA
Shipping to USA takes 3-10 business days depending on location. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to the contiguous U.S*. We use various couriers for our deliveries and will ship based on the method you select from the available options at checkout.
Be aware that packages may be subject to duties and customs fees that are not calculated at check out. Step Up Athletic has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
International
We ship to the U.K. and we're working on other locations. Please email us if you'd like us to ship to your area!

Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Step Up Athletic products.
If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to know. Please email info@stepupathletic.ca, and include your order number and a description of the reason for the desired return.
Once we've connected over email, return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). Our shipping address will be provided via email. Once we receive the item(s), we can provide a refund on the payment method you used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label).
To receive a full refund to the original payment method used, orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
